As announced by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, from 6 November 2020, Singapore will lift border restrictions for visitors from Mainland China (save that visitors must still apply and obtain an Air Travel Pass (“ATP”)). Visitors refer to foreign travellers who are not Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents or Singapore Long-Term Pass Holders.
新加坡民航局宣布,从2020年11月6日起,新加坡将取消对中国大陆游客的边境限制(但游客仍须申请并获得航空旅行通行证(ATP))。游客是指非新加坡公民、新加坡永久居民或新加坡长期探访准证持有者的外国旅客。
Visitors travelling from Mainland China must first apply for an ATP for entry into Singapore on or after 6 November 2020. The ATP application is free and can be done online (at https://go.gov.sg/atpsg). Please note that the ATP application must be made between 7 and 30 calendar days prior to the intended date of entry into Singapore. Visa applications (where necessary) must still be made separately.
从中国大陆出发的游客必须先申请2020年11月6日当日或该日期之后进入新加坡的航空旅行准证(ATP)。ATP申请是免费的,可在网上进行申请(网址:https://go.gov.sg/atpsg)。请注意,ATP申请必须在预定入境新加坡日期前7至30个日历日内提出。签证申请(如有必要)仍须单独进行。
