WongPartnership act for UOL Group and Singapore Land Group in their S$550.8 million en bloc purchase of Watten Estate Condominium through their joint venture entity, United Venture Development (No. 4) Pte. Ltd. It will be Singapore’s biggest residential collective sale by quantum to date this year upon successful completion.
