CapitaLand’s acquisition of Ascendas-Singbridge wins in ITR Asia Tax Awards 2020

Singapore, 2 September 2020 – A landmark deal involving WongPartnership has been recognised as one of the most significant and notable deals of the year by ITR Asia Tax Awards 2020. The deal – CapitaLand’s acquisition of Ascendas-Singbridge, valued at S$11 billion, has made CapitaLand the largest diversified real estate group in Asia, with assets under management of S$123.4 billion.
