East Ventures’ US$88 million fundraising

WongPartnership acted as counsel to East Ventures Advisory Pte. Ltd. ("EVAPL"), the fund manager to EV8 LP (the "Fund"), with a target fund size of US$88 million. The Fund, designed for digital companies emerging in the post-lockdown aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, has a sector-agnostic investment focus, and has secured commitments from global and regional institutional investors.
