Smitha is also the Singapore Alternate Court Member in the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
Koh Swee Yen, Partner in our Commercial & Corporate Disputes and International Arbitration Practices, has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee. Jenny Tsin, Joint Head of our Employment Practice and Partner in our Commercial & Corporate Disputes and Corporate Governance & Compliance Practices, has been reappointed Vice Chair of the IPBA Employment and Immigration Committee. Jenny will assist in steering the committee forward in its global agenda to provide a forum for its members around the world, to network, exchange ideas and learn about legal developments across jurisdictions, which is especially crucial in today's global economy where employment and immigration issues have become more complex and compelling.
