Sale of 35.4% stake in Olam Agri Holdings

WongPartnership is acting for the vendor, Olam Holdings Pte. Ltd. in the sale of an approximately 35.4 per cent stake in Olam Agri Holdings to SALIC International Investment Company for approximately US$1.24 billion. The proposed sale to and resulting partnership with SALIC will unlock value for shareholders of Olam Group Limited and catalyse Olam Agri’s access to new markets.
