Our M&A Practice is involved in significant take-overs, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, sustainability-related deals, and transactions that are more often than not widely reported in the media. Most recently, our Partners acted as Singapore counsel and co-ordinating counsel for APAC to CMA CGM in its proposed acquisition of 100% of Bolloré Logistics for an enterprise value of approximately €5 billion.
