We are pleased to announce that our Partner, Lam Chung Nian, Head of Intellectual Property, Technology & Data, has been accredited as a Senior Accredited Specialist in Data and Digital Economy Law by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL). He is one of the first practitioners in Singapore to be so accredited under this newly launched accreditation scheme to recognise specialist expertise in the digital economy sector.

In addition, our Firm continues have the highest number of Partners accredited under the SAL Accreditation Scheme for Building and Construction Law, demonstrating its market leadership and expertise in that field.

Our Firm’s lawyers who have been so accredited include our Partners, Ian de Vaz, Head of Infrastructure, Construction and Engineering and Christopher Chuah as Senior Accredited Specialists, Candy Agnes Sutedja, Lesley Fu, Asfian Mohaimi, Valerie Koh, Senior Associates Justin Tan and Magdalene Ong, and Laura Chang, our Energy, Projects and Construction Partner, as Accredited Specialists.
