WongPartnership welcomes seven new Partners to the partnership ranks and a new hire to its China Practice

Singapore, 26 January 2023 – WongPartnership is pleased to announce the appointment of seven new Partners in 2023. The promotions are effective 1 January 2023.

The newly elected Partners are: Clayton Chong (Restructuring & Insolvency and Special Situations Advisory); Gavin Neo (Specialist & Private Client Disputes); Hannah Lee (Commercial & Corporate Disputes); Ho Soon Keong (Debt Capital Markets); Lim Jia Ying (Mergers & Acquisitions); Ling Pei Lih (Mergers & Acquisitions) and Ong Kuan Chung (Equity Capital Markets).

In addition, WongPartnership is also delighted to welcome Low Wee Siong as a Partner in our China Practice. Wee Siong specialises in mergers and acquisitions. He has acted for offerors and target companies on takeovers and issuers, and sponsors, underwriters and subscribers on equity and debt capital markets transactions. He is also a Singapore Chartered Accountant and has acted as financial adviser on capital markets transactions and corporate finance advisory matters.
