- A club of lenders in a S$1,080 million “green loan” granted to Frasers Property Aquamarine Trustee Pte. Ltd. (in its capacity as trustee-manager of Aquamarine Star Trust) for the refinancing of Frasers Tower, a premium Grade-A energy-efficient office tower with its own park and podium roof gardens, located at the gateway to Singapore central business district.
- Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited in the S$503 million green term loan facility granted to SCC Straits Pte. Ltd. for the purposes of its acquisition of the property at Cross Street Exchange and the subsequent amendment and restatement to incorporate the terms of an additional asset enhancement initiatives facility.
- A syndicate of offshore lenders in the grant of S$246.79 million and US$75.49 million loan facilities granted to ECW Treasure Pte. Ltd. and Zhejiang Fuzhou E-Commerce Co., Ltd, inter alia, to refinance existing debt obligations of the group and fund the acquisition of Fuzhou E-Commerce, an integrated e-commerce logistics asset located in Hangzhou.
- Jurong Port Pte. Ltd., MAIF Investments Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Petrochina International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. in a S$1.5 billion financing for the purpose of acquiring Universal Terminal, a petroleum storage terminal, from Lim Hin Leong's family.
- United Overseas Bank Limited, Citibank N.A., Singapore Branch and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch in the grant of term and revolving credit facilities of up to the equivalent of S$1.218 billion in connection with, inter alia, the acquisition (and privatisation) of Soilbuild Business Space REIT which was listed on the Singapore Exchange, SB (Waterview) Investment Pte. Ltd. and SB (Waterfront) Investment Pte. Ltd. by the Soilbuild Group Chairman (Lim Chap Huat) and The Blackstone Group Inc.
- A syndicate of lenders in a US$551 million financing granted to subsidiaries of ARA Asset Management Limited, for the acquisition of a portfolio of 38 hotels under the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House franchise across 21 states in the U.S.
