Significant transactions that Jerry has been involved in include advising / acting for the following:

• A global pension fund in its subscription of 50% of units in Aquamarine Star Trust for a consideration of approximately S$442.7 million. Aquamarine Star Trust holds the property known as Frasers Tower.
• Pandan Crescent Pte Ltd (part of the LOGOS Group, a logistic property specialist with operations in Australia, China, India, Indonesia and Singapore) in its acquisition of 4 Pandan Crescent Singapore 128475 for use as an E-commerce Logistics Hub.
• Wallich Residence Pte. Ltd, TPC Commercial Pte. Ltd. and TPC Hotel Pte. Ltd. (together the “Borrowers”) in the grant of loan facilities of up to S$1.54 billion to the Borrowers secured on the integrated development (which includes office, residential, hotel and retail components) in Tanjong Pagar.
• The landlord, 8 Cross Street Padref Investments Ltd in its leases at Manulife Tower, a prime commercial building located in the heart of the Central Business District of Singapore.
• United Overseas Bank Limited and Industrial & Commercial Property (S) Pte. Ltd. in the lease of Singapore Exchange Centre, a twin-tower office building located at Shenton Way, Singapore, to the Singapore Exchange, Asia's pioneering central clearing house which offers a fully integrated value chain from trading and clearing to settlement and depository services.
• UOL Group Limited, one of Singapore’s most established public-listed property companies in the development and sale of units in developments such as Seventy Saint Patrick’s at St Patrick’s Road, Archipelago at Bedok Reservoir Road and Riverbank@Fernvale at Fernvale Close.
