Karen YEOH is a Partner in the Equity Capital Markets Practice. Her main areas of practice are capital markets, securities offerings, and general corporate law.

She also has experience as legal counsel of an investment bank in Singapore where she worked mainly on capital markets transactions.

  • The initial public offerings of companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Stock Exchange of Thailand such as PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk and PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk and Ananda Development Public Company Limited.
  • Secondary market transactions for issuers such as Wave Life Sciences Ltd., Banyan Tree Holdings, Sembcorp Industries/Sembcorp Marine, Keppel REIT, Keppel DC REIT, Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd and Danone Probiotics Pte. Ltd.
