Her main practice areas are property-related work including sales and purchases, property advisory work, property management, leases and property-related corporate transactions.
Si Min graduated from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
Significant transactions that Si Min has been involved in include advising / acting for the following:
- Blackstone in the sale by Blackstone and Soilbuild of a S$1.6 billion portfolio of Singapore industrial assets to the joint venture platform owned by Warburg Pincus and Lendlease.
- EZA Hill Property Management Pte Ltd (EZA Hill) and JD Property Hong Kong Corporation Limited (JDP) in their joint venture and acquisition of five logistics properties from ESR-LOGOS REIT, at a total consideration of approximately $350m including land premium. This is the first acquisition for both JDP and EZA Hill in Singapore, representing a significant milestone for both parties in its entry into Singapore's industrial market.
- The vendors in Lendlease Global Commercial REIT's acquisition of the remaining stake interest in Jem mall at an agreed property value of S$2.08 billion.
- Keppel REIT Management Limited in the acquisition by Keppel REIT of 100% stake in Keppel Bay Tower from Keppel Land for an agreed property value of S$657.2 million.
- CapitaLand in their disposal to Ascendas REIT of Nucleos and FM Global Centre for approximately S$289.0 million and S$91.0 million respectively.
- The manager of CapitaLand Commercial Trust in the merger of CapitaLand Commercial Trust and CapitaLand Mall Trust by way of trust scheme of arrangement to form one of the largest REITs in the Asia Pacific region and the largest in Singapore, with a total portfolio property value of approximately S$22.4 billion.
