- Rivulets Investment Pte Ltd, in their S$422 million acquisition of 61 Robinson, and the financing of such acquisition.
- Keppel REIT Management Limited in the acquisition by Keppel REIT of 100% stake in Keppel Bay Tower from Keppel Land for an agreed property value of S$657.2 million..
- CapitaLand in their disposal to Ascendas REIT of Nucleos and FM Global Centre for approximately S$289.0 million and S$91.0 million respectively.
- The manager of CapitaLand Commercial Trust in the merger of CapitaLand Commercial Trust and CapitaLand Mall Trust by way of trust scheme of arrangement to form one of the largest REITs in the Asia Pacific region and the largest in Singapore, with a total portfolio property value of approximately S$22.4 billion.
- The grant of S$215 million term loan facilities taken out for the purpose of refinancing loans granted to Shine Systems Assets Pte. Ltd. in connection with the development of STT Mediahub, a data centre located at 1 Media Link Singapore 138552.
- Perennial Real Estate Holdings Pte. Ltd. in the approximately S$1.18 billion acquisition of AXA Tower, through the acquisition of shares in Raffle AXA Tower Pte. Limited from BlackRock through MGPA Fund II, as well as related financing matters.
