• DBS Bank Ltd. and UBS AG, Singapore Branch in relation to Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation Ltd's initial business combination by way of its acquisition of live-streaming platform 17Live Inc., which is the first de-SPAC listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange.
• Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd. and DBS Bank Ltd. as the joint issue managers, global coordinators, bookrunners and underwriters in the initial public offering and listing of Digital Core REIT on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange. Digital Core REIT is the only pure-play data centre Singapore REIT sponsored by a listed data centre owner and operator, Digital Realty Trust, L.P.
• Olam International Limited in its renounceable underwritten rights issue of new ordinary shares which raised gross proceeds of approximately S$601.7 million.
• DBS Bank Ltd. and Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd. as the joint global coordinators, bookrunners and underwriters in the initial public offering and listing of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange.
• Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited and Ascott Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd., as the managers of Ascott Residence Trust, in Ascott Residence Trust’s private placement of new stapled securities in connection with its acquisition of nine serviced residences, rental housing and student accommodation properties across five countries.
• Sasseur Asset Management Pte. Ltd, as the manager of Sasseur REIT, in the initial public offering and listing of Sasseur REIT on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange. Sasseur REIT is the first outlet mall REIT listed in Asia.
