Our leading Equity Capital Markets Practice advises issuers and underwriters on public offerings and private placements, including primary and secondary listings on the Singapore Exchange, Bursa Malaysia, Indonesian Stock Exchange and Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Our capital markets team is recognised by all major publications as a Tier 1 leading practice based in Singapore. We advise on IPOs and listings on the Singapore Exchange, including for REITs and Business Trusts. Our firm regularly works on primary and secondary listings on the Singapore Exchange for companies that are already listed on their home exchange. Our clients look to us to advise on a diverse range of offerings, from large, high profile transactions with landmark and novel issues seeking innovative solutions to listings on Catalist for dynamic, high growth companies. We also assist our listed clients on rights issues, private placements and the issuance of convertible securities in addition to advising them on their continuing listing requirements in relation to matters such as capitalisation issues, the adoption of employee share schemes and privatisations.
We also act as international counsel for issuers in South East Asia, in particular in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. We work closely with our local partners in the region to deliver seamless, high quality advice to enable our clients to successfully achieve their goals.
