Our Senior Counsel are ranked in major legal directories, including Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal, and Global Arbitration Review. In addition to their stellar legal credentials and their expertise in conducting proceedings at all court levels, including before the Singapore International Commercial Court, and in international commercial and investment arbitrations under all major institutional rules, our Senior Counsel are on the panel of arbitrators of various arbitration centres, and sit as arbitrators in international arbitrations under major institutional rules.
Our Senior Counsel hold key appointments in the public, private and non-profit sectors. These include the Singapore Exchange Regulation Pte Ltd, Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, the Singapore Business Federation, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore, the Citizenship Committee of Inquiry, the Criminal Law Advisory Committee (Hearing), the Gambling Regulatory Authority’s Patron Dispute Committee, the Public Accountants Oversight Committee, the Public Entertainment Appeals Board, as well as the Securities Industry Council. They also hold positions at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law, the Centre for International Law, and the Asian Law Schools Association.
Our Senior Counsel hold key appointments in prominent organisations and thought leadership committees, including the IBA Arbitration Committee, IPBA Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee, the ICCA-ASIL Task Force on Damages, the ICC Court, the Board of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, and the Singapore Mediation Centre’s Advisory Board.

In 2020, one of our Senior Counsel, Mr Andre Maniam, was appointed as a Judicial Commissioner of the Supreme Court, and as a High Court Judge in 2021.
